Cancellation & Refund Policy

Reservation Confirmation
A minimum deposit of 50% of the total accommodation charge is required to confirm a direct reservation. A booking is not considered confirmed until the required deposit has been received.

Cancellation 7 Days or More Before Check-In
Guests who cancel at least 7 days before the scheduled check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid, less any applicable bank, payment-processing or transfer charges.

Cancellation 3–6 Days Before Check-In
For cancellations made 3 to 6 days before check-in, 50% of the total booking value will be charged. Any amount paid above this charge will be refunded.

Cancellation Less Than 72 Hours Before Check-In
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before check-in are non-refundable.

No-Show
Guests who fail to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will be considered a no-show. The booking will be cancelled and all payments made will be non-refundable.

Early Departure
Once a guest has checked in, unused nights resulting from an early departure are generally non-refundable.

Changing Booking Dates
A guest may request a change of dates at least 7 days before check-in, subject to availability. Any difference in the applicable rate for the new dates must be paid by the guest.

Date changes requested within 7 days of arrival are subject to management approval.

Events, Group Bookings & Exclusive Property Bookings
Events, group reservations and bookings involving a substantial portion or all of the property may have separate cancellation and deposit conditions communicated before payment.

Bookings Through Third-Party Websites
Reservations made through Airbnb or another booking platform are also subject to the cancellation and refund terms displayed on that platform at the time of booking.

Management Discretion
Where exceptional circumstances arise, management may consider a date change, credit or other reasonable accommodation at its discretion. This does not create an automatic entitlement to a refund.

A reservation is confirmed only after the required payment or deposit has been received.
Valid identification is required at check-in. Only registered guests may stay overnight.
No parties, events or large gatherings are permitted without prior approval and payment of the applicable event fee.
Visitors must be declared to management and comply with the property's security procedures.
Please keep noise at a reasonable level and respect other guests and neighbours.
Smoking is not permitted inside rooms or indoor common areas.
Guests are responsible for damage, loss or removal of property caused during their stay.
Professional photography, commercial filming and photoshoots require prior approval and may attract a separate fee.
Illegal drugs, weapons, unlawful activities and disruptive behaviour are strictly prohibited.
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult.
Pets are permitted only with prior approval from management.
Serious or repeated violation of house rules may result in termination of the stay.
