🔄 Cancellation Policy
• If you need to reschedule, kindly notify us at least 48 hours before your check-in date. We’ll do our best to accommodate a new date, subject to availability
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling
• The refundable caution fee of ₦100,000 is separate from your booking payment and is only affected by damage found during check-out inspection, not by cancellation
• In the rare case that we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of your payment
📋 House Rules
• A valid government-issued ID is required from the guest booking the stay
• Maximum of 6 guests per apartment — additional guests must be declared in advance
• No smoking indoors
• No pets allowed
• No parties, events, or large gatherings
• Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, out of respect for neighbours
• Guests are responsible for any damage to the apartment or its contents during their stay
• A refundable caution fee of ₦100,000 applies and is returned after check-out inspection, minus any deductions for damage
• Please ensure all doors are locked and the apartment is secured before checking out
• Waste should be bagged and left by the kitchen entrance before departure
• The apartment must be left in a reasonably clean condition; excessive mess may incur a cleaning charge
• Full payment confirms your booking — no informal or partial payment arrangements
