• No refund for cancellations made less than 72 hours before check-in or after check-in.
• Refunds will not be issued for early departures or unused nights after check-in.

• No loitering, excessive noise, or disturbance around the estate late at night.
• Kindly handle all furniture, appliances, and items in the apartment with care.
• Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness throughout their stay.
• Any damages caused during the stay may attract additional charges.
• Illegal activities, drug use, or any behavior that violates estate regulations are strictly prohibited.
• Check-in and check-out times should be respected unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to terminate a stay without refund if house rules are violated
